I purchased the Oldenburger stallion 'Lucano' on my
return to Europe in 1975. Lucano was classified '1A'
and carried the important German 'L' line through 'Lukas',
'Lugano' and 'Der Loewe' and on his mother's side through
the Staat Premium mare line Blankesa, & Furioso II bloodline.
Lucano was purchased from the Gestut Vorwerk in Germany.
